Descrição detalhada : Transforming Growth Factor-?1 (TGF ?1) is a multifunctional protein that can stimulate or inhibit cellular proliferation. Mesenchymal origin cells are stimulated by TGF ?1 while T and B lymphocytes, keratinocytes, hepatocytes and epithelial cells are inhibited by TGF ?1. It facilitates in tissue growth and differentiation by participating in myogenesis, osteogenesis, adipogenesis, chondrogenesis, epithelial cell differentiation and immune cell function. Anti-Transforming Growth Factor-?1 antibody can be used in neutralization assay. Chicken anti-TGF ?1 reacts specifically with recombinant human TGF-?1 or TGF-?1.2.
