Descrição detalhada : Tryptone Soya Agar with Polysorbate 80 and Lecithin is used for determining the efficiency of sanitization of containers, equipment surfaces, water miscible cosmetics, etc. Tryptone and soya peptone provide nitrogenous and other nutrients required for the replication of microbes. Lecithin and Polysorbate 80 neutralize many residual disinfectants. Polysorbate 80 inactivate phenols, hexachlorophene and formalin, while lecithin neutralizes quaternary ammonium compounds.
