Descrição detalhada : IgG antibody subtype is the most abundant serum immunoglobulin of the immune system. It is secreted by B cells and is found in blood and extracellular fluids and provides protection from infections caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses. Maternal IgG is transferred to the fetus through the placenta and is vital for immune defense of the neonate against infections. IgG4, kappa recombinant protein is obtained by expression of a phage library in a human cell line and purified by affinity chromatography.
