Monoclonal anti-?-tubulin I antibody can be used in ELISA to localize ? tubulin isotype I and can be used in immunoblotting to localize cultured human and animal cells. Mouse anti-?-tubulin I antibody reacts specifically with an epitope found in the c-terminal sequence of ? tubulin of human, rat, dog, bovine, hamster, mouse, chicken and xenopus
