Promotes neurite elongation in differentiating PC12 cells. Prevents Ca2+-ionophore induced degradation of actin binding protein and P235 in platelets. Inhibits myosin light chain phosphorylation in platelets stimulated by collagen, ionomycin, or thrombin.
