Specifically inhibits LPS-induced IkappaB degradation by IkB kinases (IKK) in RAW 264.7 cells (<50 mug/ml) and prevents NF-kappaB activation., A 14-amino acid peptide corresponding to the active IkappaB phosphorylation recognition sequence fused to the hydrophobic region of the fibroblast growth factor signal peptide to aid in cellular delivery.
