Descrição detalhada : Recombinant, human beta2-microglobulin fused at the N-terminus to a His.Tag sequence and expressed in E. coli. Subsequently cleaved with CNBr to remove the His.Tag sequence. Extracellular protein that is non-covalently associated with the alpha-chains of class I MHC molecules. Used as a marker for various tumors and for kidney disease. The purified protein functions similarly to the native protein in in vitro models of amyloid fibril extension.
