Descrição detalhada : The Soy Extract Polar (SPE) comprises majorly phosphatidylcholine (45.7%), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE 22.1%) and phosphatidylinositol (PI, 18.4%). It also has phosphatidic acid (PA, 6.9%) and a mixture of other unknown lipids (6.9%). Soybean is the natural source of soy polar extract., Polar Lipid Extract is derived from the total lipid extract by precipitation with acetone followed by extraction of the acetone insoluble material with diethyl ether.
