Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the EGF-10 hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from an immunized mouse. Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is a single chain polypeptide hormone (6 kDa). EGF protein exists largely in a beta-sheet conformation, with a C-terminal hairpin that may be involved in receptor binding. Human EGF is found in body fluids such as urine, milk, saliva, sweat, and seminal fluid and has its highest concentration in alpha-granules of blood platelets.
