Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-E2F3 (mouse IgG2a isotype) is derived from the PG30 hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinant human E2F Transcription Factor 3 (E2F3) protein. Transcription factor E2F3 is a DNA-binding protein of ~57 kDa encoded by the E2F3 gene in humans. It belongs to E2F transcription factor family of proteins that bind to the sequence TTTCGCGC.
