Hy-Case(R) SF

Descrição detalhada : Hy-Case(R) SF is a high-quality acid hydrolysis of casein. Casein is a rich source of amino nitrogen so on treatment with a strong acid, it gets hydrolysed, producing free amino acids and several short peptide fragments. Special processing keeps inorganic ions to a minimum, so Hy-Case(R) SF is virtually a high concentration of free amino acids with a minimum of salt. It is a refined grade hydrolysate with high clarity in solution and is food grade and is recommended where a mixture of highly soluble free amino acids is required. It is especially recommended when inorganic ion levels need to be kept at a minimum.
