Descrição detalhada : This labeling kit is for labeling 50-100 mug antibody with the blue fluorescent dye CF350. Mix-n-Stain CF dye antibody labeling kits are a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that permits one to label antibodies with our superior CF dyes in 30 minutes without a purification step. The labeling procedure tolerates many common buffer components and antibody stabilizers. CF350 is a blue fluorescent dye spectrally similar to the traditional blue fluorescent dye AMCA. However, compared to AMCA, CF350 is more water-soluble, more photostable and at least 50% more fluorescent on proteins. CF350 is at least as bright as Alexa Fluor(R) 350 and thus can be a direct replacement for the latter in all applications.
