Descrição detalhada : Native, bovine thrombin. Key enzyme that activates factor XIII and converts fibronogen into fibrin. Serine protease formed in the plasma during the coagulation process by activation of prothrombin by a complex of Factor Xa, Factor Va, phospholipid, and Ca2+. Thrombin cleaves Arg-Gly bonds in specific sequences only. The best characterized activity of thrombin is the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin in the clotting process. Inhibited by AEBSF (Cat.
