Fludrocortisone acetate

Descrição detalhada : Fludrocortisone acetate is secreted by adrenal cortex. It increases the reabsorption of sodium and secretion of potassium and hydrogen. Fludrocortisone is used to treat cerebral salt wasting syndrome and adrenal insufficiency. Fludrocortisone improves the sensitivity of blood vessels to catecholamines and increases the blood volume.
