It is secreted by B cells and is found in blood and extracellular fluids and provides protection from infections caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses. Rabbit anti-dog IgG is isolated by affinity isolation and conjugated to Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC).The variable region of IgG antibody is specific to antigens and is highly conserved. IgG has four subclasses- IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG2c.
