Descrição detalhada : Serum is the liquid component of blood that includes proteins, immunoglobulin and electrolytes. The product can be used for selective removal of contaminating antibodies when immobilized on a solid matrix. This product can also be used in anti-protective antigen (anti-PA) IgG measurements using PA coupled microspheres. Human serum deficient of IgG, IgA, and IgM can react specifically with anti-human whole serum but does not show reactivity with anti-human IgG, IgA, or IgM.
