Descrição detalhada : Ramage Amide AM resin comprises Ramage'sdibenzocycloheptadiene linker [1] attached toaminomethylated polystyrene. Following Fmoc removal, theresin can be acylated under standard conditions and used inFmoc SPPS. The linker is considerably more acid sensitivethan the Rink amide or PAL linkers. This enables peptideamides to be released from the resin with 3% TFA in DCMand thus makes it a useful tool for the synthesis of acidsensitive peptides or protected peptide fragments.
