Descrição detalhada : Liver-secreted proteins play important roles in metabolic homeostasis through regulation of circulating lipoprotein levels, energy expenditure, glucose metabolism, and fatty acid uptake. Liver-secreted proteins may serve as biomarkers for liver diseases and gastric cancer. Accurate measurement of liver proteins is critical to obtaining an understanding of their biological functions. MILLIPLEX(R) Human Liver Protein Panel is a 9-plex kit to be used for the simultaneous quantification of any or all of the following analytes in serum, plasma and tissue/cell culture samples: AFP, ANGPTL3, ANGPTL4, ANGPTL6/AGF, FABP1/L-FABP, FGF-19, FGF-21, FGF-23 and HGF. NOTE: When assaying ANGPTL6/AGF it is recommended that serum samples be used. This kit uses a 96-well format, contains a lyophilized standard cocktail, two internal assay quality controls and can measure up to 38 samples in duplicate. The Luminex(R) xMAP(R) platform uses a magnetic bead immunoassay format for ideal speed and sensitivity to quantitate multiple analytes simultaneously, dramatically improving productivity while conserving valuable sample volume.
