Descrição detalhada : Also known as Lysine-specific demethylase 5D, this histone demethylase is specific for 'Lys-4' of histone H3 and is known to play a central role in histone function and spermatogenesis. It demethylates trimethylated and dimethylated, but not monomethylated H3 'Lys-4'. Uniprot.org states two different isoforms of this enzyme.
