Descrição detalhada : Zinc finger protein GLI1 is also called Glioma-associated oncogene and Oncogene GLI. GLI1 is a transcriptional activator that regulates specific genes during normal development. GLI1 also mediates SHH signaling (and therefore cell proliferation and differentiation) and possibly is involved in craniofacial, central nervous system, gastrointestinal tract, and digital development. GLI1 is expressed in the testis, myometrium, fallopian tube, and brain.
