These are funnel-less filter products for use in the sterile vacuum filtration of aqueous solutions such as media and tissue culture reagents/buffers.The Stericup E and Steritop E devices are designed specifically for sterile filtration from compatible bottles (38 and 45 mm neck size) of media and tissue culture reagents/buffers. SEGPT0038 is a 38 mm threaded collar, which uses a 0.22 mum pore size fast flow PES Express PLUS membrane that can directly connect to any volume, 45 mm receiver flask (glass or plastic) for sterilizing tissue culture media and buffers.
