This adaptor protein regulates mitogenic signaling, and also mediates the desentization and internalization of G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). Rabbit Anti-phospho-beta-Arrestin (pSer412) antibody detects mouse and rat beta-arrestin-1. The antibody is also expected to react with human and cow antigens due to the high degree of homology (77%).
