Descrição detalhada : SINGLEPATH(R) L'mono is an immunological screening and an extremely fast confirmation test for Listeria monocytogenes based on immune flow principle. It is designed to avoid time-consuming and personnel intensive working steps for the application and interpretation of the tests. This is an immunochromatographic rapid test based on gold-labeled antibodies. This lateral flow test is a convenient and simple-to-use, one-step device. SINGLEPATH(R) L'mono test provides a clear presence/absence results within 20 minutes after sample enrichment. The lower detection limit can be regarded as 5x106 bacteria/ml or one colony on an agar plate, depending on serotype. SINGLEPATH(R) devices can be decontaminated by autoclave, bleach, etc. No additional equipment expenditure is needed. For optimized enrichment, our granulated culture media is recommended.
