When the reagents of the MQuant(R) test are used up, the kit can be replenished by ordering the appropriate refill pack. Refill packs are available for a range of MQuant(R) test kits, making it a particularly economical and ecological system.MethodIn sulfuric solution orthophosphate ions react with ammonium vanadate and ammonium heptamolybdate to form orange-yellow molybdovanadophosphoric acid. The phosphate concentration is measured semiquantitatively by visual colorimetric evaluation.
