Descrição detalhada : Dowex(R) 50WX2 hydrogen form is a heat stable, water stable and low molecular weight cationic substance which is capable of purifying approximately 5000-fold by ion-exchange chromatography. Ion-exchange resins have good role as drug delivery systems., Strongly acidic cation exchange resin. This ion-exchange resin has not been specially processed or cleaned. We suggest that it be subjected to a suitable preliminary elution and wash prior to use., It is a preferred strong cationic exchange (SCX) resin due to its attractive features such as high capacity, easy availability and ease of operation owing to the lower degree of divinylbenzene cross-linking leading to higher recoveries of aromatic amino acids.
