They provide a continuous supply of clean, dry, high-purity nitrogen and clean, high-purity air.These generators employ pressure swing adsorption technology to produce a continuous supply of high-purity gas. An oil-free air compressor delivers filtered compressed air (7 bar/1015 psig) to a bed of carbon molecular sieve, which selectively removes oxygen, water vapor, and other contaminants. The adsorbent bed alternates between purification and regeneration modes, ensuring product nitrogen meets specified purity levels. A storage reservoir ensures a continuous supply of nitrogen. Additionally, the compressed air is delivered to a bed of activated alumina, to remove water vapor and other contaminants.
