It incorporates an ionic liquid stationary phase. Each column is individually tested to ensure resolution of several key sets (phenanthrene/anthracene, benzo[a]anthracene/chrysene/triphenylene, and benzo [b]fluoranthene/benzo[k]fluoranthene/benzo[j]fluoranthene).
