Descrição detalhada : Phalloidin Atto 488is a hydrophilic fluorescent label with high water solubility. Post coupling to a substrate, the fluorescent label carries a net electrical charge of -1. The fluorescence activity is excited efficiently at the 480-515nm range. A suitable excitation source for Phalloidin Atto 488 is the 488 nm line of the Argon-Ion laser.
