Descrição detalhada : UCOE(R) (Ubiquitous Chromatin Opening Element) expression technology demonstrates major improvements in gene expression in stably-transfected mammalian cells. Over 50% of UCOE derived clones have higher expression than the best non-UCOE derived vectors. UCOE vectors may be used to express antibodies, receptors, enzymes, cytokines, and other similar sized biological material.
