Descrição detalhada : The antibody neutralizes receptor-ligand interaction. At 0.5-2 mug/mL the antibody will block 50% of the binding of 5 ng/mL recombinant human HGF to 0.1 mug immobilized recombinant human HGF R/c-MET Fc chimera. >90% of the binding will be blocked by 10 mug/mL of the antibody.
