TULP4 is also called TUSP and in humans the gene spans a length of 11,127bp. TULP4 protein is composed of 1544 amino acids. Human TULP4 gene is localized to chromosome 6q25-q26. TULP4 protein contains a highly conserved tubby domain at its C-terminal. It is expressed in testis, brain, skeletal muscle, and kidney.
