Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-SATB1 (mouse IgG2a isotype) is derived from the hybridoma SAT-5 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminus of human special AT-rich sequence-binding protein 1 (SATB1), conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH). SATB1 encodes as nuclear matrix protein that interacts with scaffold-associating DNA. SATB1 gene is mapped to human chromosome 3p24.3.
