In nucleic acid gel electrophoresis, five mul of the marker should be diluted in gel loading buffer and then loaded in a single lane on an agarose or polyacrylamide gel. Suitable for use in Northern and Southern blotting. All DNA markers can be stained with ethidium bromide, SYBR(R) Green, and Nancy-520.
