Descrição detalhada : 16:0 PEG5000 PE, also known as 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-[methoxy(polyethylene glycol)-5000 (DPPE-PEG 5000), is a mPEG phospholipid conjugate. Poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-based liposomal formulations are widely used in preparation of biocompatible self-assembled drug-delivery systems. These systems have an ability to escape the recognition and uptake by cells in the immune system at the same time it extends the residence time of the liposomes and allows continuous drug release into the targeted cells.
