All of the products are purified by HPLC, and special precautions are taken to protect the products for oxidization and hydrolysis., Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is a zwitterionic glycerophospholipid. PC constitutes the major phospholipid in the eukaryotic membrane. Among bacteria, only 10% has PC in their membrane.
