This simple to spike-in reagent is composed of a target-specific peptide sequence covalently bound to a uniquely designed double stranded nucleic acid sequence. Because AccuChIP controls mimic the behavior of cross-linked chromatin, by simply adding a known amount of the AccuChIP reagent to your chromatin and performing a standard ChIP reaction followed qPCR detection you can improve the accuracy and reproducibility of your ChIP experiments.
