Descrição detalhada : Agar Strips SDX are ready-to-use culture media for assessment of airborne yeasts and molds with RCS(R) Air Samplers. Each individual agar strip is welded into a re-sealable sleeve and 100% visually controlled, ensuring maximum safety in critical environments. Sabouraud Dextrose Agar is filled in a flexible backing film. Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDX, SDA) is a complex medium for cultivation and isolation of a wide range of yeasts and molds. Dextrose supports the growth of fungi. The medium is supplemented with chloramphenicol and chlortetracycline to inhibit the growth of accompanying bacterial flora.
