Descrição detalhada : Agar Strips TCI-y are ready-to-use culture media for assessment of airborne microorganisms with RCS(R) Air Samplers. Each individual agar strip is welded into a re-sealable sleeve and 100% visually controlled, ensuring maximum safety in critical environments. The basic medium is filled in a flexible backing film. TCI-y is a complex medium for cultivation and isolation of a wide range of bacteria, yeasts and molds. The medium is supplemented with neutralizers like lecithin, polysorbate 80 and thioglycollate. Addition of Pyruvate inactivates VHP residues, when used in isolators.
