Descrição detalhada : Containing permethylated alpha-cyclodextrin embedded in an intermediate polarity stationary phase, Supelco alpha-DEX 120 columns provide unique selectivity for enantiomeric separations of small molecules. They are also recommended for separating positional isomers (phenols, xylenes, etc.)., Capillary GC column is also known as open tubular column. The carrier gas flows through the central aperture and is unrestricted throughout the length of the column.
