Descrição detalhada : This aluminium-doped (3.15 mol% Al) zinc oxide nanoparticle ink is a nanoparticle-based printing ink allowing processing temperatures of 80-120 C. The Al-doped Zinc oxide nanoparticle ink is an electron selective interface layer ink containing Al-doped zinc oxide (AZO) nanoparticles in butanols. AZO nanoparticle ink functions well as electron extraction layer (EEL) materials in solar cells.
