Anaerocult(TM) A

Descrição detalhada : Anaerocult(TM) A is a reagent mixture for use in microbiology, to create an anaerobic environment to enable the growth of facultative and obligatory anaerobic microorganisms. Anaerocult(TM) A contains chemical components which bind the free oxygen in the atmosphere, producing carbon-dioxide thereby establishing an anaerobic environment. The reaction is initiated by slightly moistening the reagent mixture and incubation should be carried out in an Anaerobic jar or bag. Anaerocult(TM) A is effective for use with up to 12 petri plates in an anerobic jar. For best results Anaerocult(TM) A is used along with Anaerotest(TM) strips.
