Descrição detalhada : A cell-permeable indolinone compound that displays anti-angiogenesis properties (30% inhibition of control at 10 µM in an in vitro rat aortic ring model ) with a potency that is comparable to that of SU5416 (Cat. No. 676487; 22% inhibition of control at 10 µM). Acts as a moderate ATP-competitive inhibitor of hEGF-R tyrosine kinase activity (54% inhibition at 10 µM)., A cell-permeable indolinone compound that displays anti-angiogenesis properties (30% inhibition of control at 10 µM in an in vitro rat aortic ring model). The potency has been reported to be comparable to that of SU5416 (Cat. No. 676487; 22% inhibition of control at 10 µM).
