Descrição detalhada : A-kinase anchoring protein 79 (AKAP 79) is a scaffolding protein that resides predominantly in excitatory neuronal synapses. AKAP 79 interacts with membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) to be used by glutamate receptors. AKAP 79 may also be involved with SAP97 and other large signaling complexes. AKAP 79 is essential for forskolin-induced up-regulation of L-current.
