Descrição detalhada : Monoclonal Anti-beta-Tubulin (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the hybridoma TUB 2.1 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from a mouse immunized with purified rat brain tubulin., ?-Tubulin belongs to the subfamily of tubulin, which is the major building block of microtubules. ?-Tubulin has a molecular weight of 55kDa. ?-Tubulin structure is characterized with core of two ?-sheets enclosed by ?-helices. It also contains an N-terminal domain with the guanine nucleotide-binding region, an intermediate domain with taxol-binding site, and a C-terminal domain that contains the binding surface for molecular motor proteins. Human ?-tubulin consists of seven isoforms (?I (class I), ?I (class II), ?III (class III), ?IVa (class IVa), ?IVb (class IVb), ?V (class V), and ?VI (class VI)).
