Descrição detalhada : Hemagglutinin (HA) is the major envelope glycoprotein of the influenza virus, along with neuraminidase., Anti HA-FITC is a mouse monoclonal antibody derived from the HA-7 hybridoma. It is isolated from ascites fluid and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate, isomer I (FITC). The antibody recognizes the HA tag expressed on the N- or C-terminus on HA tagged H7411proteins. The antibody reacts specifically with HA tagged proteins by immunocytochemistry.
