Descrição detalhada : The evolution of our understanding of pluripotent and adult stem cell biology requires specific research tools to permit the characterization, isolation, and expansion of stem cells. HESCA-1, developed in collaboration with Abeome Corporation, is the first in a series of novel, human embyronic stem cell antibodies produced to provide scientists with those needed tools. This novel monoclonal antibody recognizes a newly discovered 200 kDa cell surface protein that has been shown to be expressed in pluripotent human embryonic stem cell (hESC) populations.
