Descrição detalhada : hnRNP-A1 (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein) is a pre-mRNA/mRNA binding protein, that belongs to the hnRNP family. It is located in chromosome 12q13.1. It is located in the nucleoplasm but it travels between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. It has two RNP motif RNA-binding domains (RBDs) at the amino terminus and a glycine-rich domain at the carboxyl terminus.
