The importin ? gene is mapped to human chromosome location 17q21.32., Monoclonal Anti-Importin b (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the 31H4 hybridoma produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells (NS1 cells) and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with importin.
