Descrição detalhada : Laminin is a ubiquitous non-collagenous connective tissue glycoprotein that is a major constituent of basement membranes. Laminins are extracellular matrix proteins. The LAMA1 (laminin subunit ? 1) gene is mapped to human chromosome 18p11. The antibody is isolated from antiserum by immunospecific methods of purification. Antigen specific isolation removes essentially all rabbit serum proteins, including immunoglobulins that do not specifically bind to laminin.
