Anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific)-alkaline phosphatase antibody (diluted 1: 10,000 in PBS-Tween) can be used in ELISA. It is also useful in immunoblotting. Goat anti-mouse IgG (Fc specific)-alkaline phosphatase antibody reacts specifically with mouse IgG Fc fragment, IgG and its subclasses IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG3 but not with human IgG, and mouse IgA or IgM.
